Paramount Pizza Slices

Great food horrible customer service. The owner himself is completely rude. I order a pizza and am told the correct price, then they call back and tell me the first price is wrong and the new price is significantly higher and then proceeds to argue with me for 15 minutes about how high of a quality his steak is and although his menu says its 1$ per topping (steak being listed) he wants to charge me 5$ for his magical steak. I literally wanted a cheese pizza with steak as a topping and a small turned into a $8 turns into a 15$ pizza and as I tried explaining what his menu actually says literally clear as day he spent 15 minutes talking over me trying to hard core sell me on why I should buy this pizza. He even went into detail about how bad Holyoke is and no one ever tips the drivers and was mad that I didn't want the pizza after I found out his menu was wrong and I didn't like the new price.. Like what is wrong with this place

I ordered a party size pizza half combination and half pepperoni. The pizza was extremely dry couldn't even taste the sauce on it. Pizza itself was very bland and i am honestly upset that i spent 30 dollars that my daughters and myself didn't eat... it was a waste of my money and I will be calling to speak to the manager. 😐😐😐😐 I doubt I'll ever call again for pizza

I came in having never been before, hoping the ingredients would be fresh for a veggie pizza. I was amazed at the number of ingredients that go on it in comparison to other pizza shops offering veggie pizza and the best part was that it’s less expensive than I’m accustomed to! The grape leaves and garlic knots are fantastic. The service is great, very quick. They are on top of things here and all while they have customers picking up, placing orders, calling in orders... pretty busy for a Tuesday night.

Good food Quality service

Make sure you ask for your salad to be chopped up. Otherwise they will give you the raw materials to make your own salad.

The food was great the people are respectful and they give you great service for me the only thing I would change is that I will put more heaters there it's too cold to eat in it's better to order your food and eat out and your own home where it's warm...

Nothing bad about this place the times I've eaten here. Friendly staff, wide selection plus they deliver. That said its average pizza joint nothing id run around bragging about. Prices are fair food is good but just not my favorite.... yet cheaper and closer than my favorite!

This place is small pizza shop on the end of Kmart plaza in holyoke mass on north Hampton street. This place has good food good pizza also the staff are nice and friendly. The floors are clean the tables and chairs are also clean. Out side of this place there is a big statue of a chef holding a pizza. The parking lot is big with handicapped parking. This place is also wheel chair accessible. They do deliver to your house and have menus at the front desk.

Placed order for sub preference was lightly cooked received very well well done !!!! U lost my business

Paramount pizza in Holyoke is the best!! They have the best food, there phone girls are really polite,the best chef, delivery in any weather and as quick as possible, it's so clean I will only order from them, the owner is awesome and is always working! The guy with the long hair is also very nice PARAMOUNT PIZZA IN HOLYOKE IS THE BEST FORGET THE REST!!!

A great pizza

Big slices and not very expensive. Ask to get a fresh slice if the pie looks like it's been out, because some have been out a bit, and all they do is add cheese to it and puy it in the oven again. If you get a just done batch of slices its amazing!

Huge slices for a great deal! We ordered two slices, garlic knots, and a soda for under 10$. The flavor was there and you can’t beat the price for how much food you get! Yummy food, we’ll definitely be returning again! :)

They display these beautiful garlic knots when you first walk in but then when you order some, you get burnt garlic rocks. Mind you they didn’t even accompany this desert of an appetizer with some dipping sauce of sorts. I did order a mini pizza as well and I give it a decent 6 as all the cheese slides off your slice on the first bite taking off any toppings as well lol. Only good experience really was the nice lady who rang me up.

The food is good here. But I get it delivered and the delivery driver is very rude. Today he came he wasn't even parked like in front of my house it's wet outside and I'm standing in my front door way for like 2 minutes I thought he was going to be kind enough at least to come to the porch he sat in his car on the phone just looking at me. If I wasn't hungry I would have just told him to keep the food and kept my money.

I don't like it when pizza places warm your pizza up to 5000 degrees for 10 minutes, girl told me one price guy charged me a dollar more than she said!

I will give 1star because I can't put 0. I don't know if the owner of this pizzeria change but this pizzeria is sucks you paid $30.00 dollars for burn pizza. That don't work for me. This is the last time I will order from them. Now I am start ordering in Capris pizzeria

our family gets Paramount’s pizza once a week and have been for the past 8 years. Most of the time it’s great but like everything else, ya win some & ya loose some lol..most of the time it’s on point but sometimes they let the kiddos make the pizza and that’s not so good.. lol we can always tell when it’s not the main pizza makers- also buyer beware when ordering delivery, most of the time it’s fine but again let the kiddos play and you’ll end up with a sloped pizza.. deff get pizza & garlic knots- and dont forget to TIP-don’t be cheap, gas isn’t lol ;)
